OWIEEEE

So, on Monday evening (11/5) I took a little tumble down the last three or four stairs to the basement. As you can see, my left ankle didn't take to well to the abuse. I was going downstairs to the basement, with the intention of going out the back door and getting the trash can from the curb side. Jenne brought the trash can to the yard when got back back from the emergency room. Good news, no fractures. Bad news &^%#$ OWW! Oh yeah, Monday before the fall, I got news that I need to have a C PAP titration test because I have sleep apnia. Doc says mild. That was a great star to the work week. This pretty much SUCKS!
