Today I volunteered at Antietam National Battlefield in Sharpsburg, MD. As of November 2nd, I have been volunteering for two years now. WOW! Time sure does fly. The volunteer coordinator told me that there's a position for a part time seasonal NPS Ranger opening up in the spring of next year. She'd like me to consider applying for it. I would work Sundays in the spring and be an official NPS Ranger! Me, an official Ranger with the badge and the cool hat!

Will,
If you volunteer anyway you might as well get the free hat. They should hire you as the offical battle field photographer. All of your photos are great but being a history buff I especially like the Antietam photos. I was just admiring the one of the artillery piece in front of Dunken Church. Very nice. You are fortunate to live so close to so much history. Keep up the good work.
