I can't believe that it's already been a year since Jenne's last birthday. It seems like last week that a bunch of us got together at the Bavarian Inn in Shepardstown, WV for her B-day dinner/party. Well this year I took Jenne out for the day. We started off in Frederick, MD at the annual In the Street Festival, and ended our day with dinner once again at the Bavarian Inn. Happy birthday Jenne (actually tomorrow).

It was PACKED!

Some of the locals sat in second story windows and watched the day go by.

There were many bands playing throughout the day.

And for the kids... IT'S B-BALL MAN! I think this guy is a little drain bamaged from too many balls to the head.

R2D2 was even there and...

... so was this oversized legless Marine. This seemed like a crappy recruiting tool to Jenne and I. Was the message here be part of the few, the proud, the legless?

In Frederick you're more than just the average redneck.

Jenne's new truck. Happy birthday honey!
A big Happy Birthday to Jenne! I remember that night a year ago at the Bavarian Inn - what a blast! BTW, I think Johnny Appleseed can take Legless Marine any day! The few, the proud, the legless...LOL!
Posted by: Uber-Pea on October 2, 2005 01:24 PMHappy b-day to Jenne, but you're slipping, WillB. You neglected to slip a photo or some mention of the MINI into your post. ;-)
Happy Birthday Jenne.
Posted by: scott B. on October 3, 2005 08:51 AMHappy birthday to Jeene. And I hope you were kidding about buying her that truck, because if you ever made her mad she could squash Red 5. (Courtesy Mini Mention to appease Rob, your Motoring Advisor and any other Mini cult members.)
