Battlestar Friday

Well we have a month to go to the premier of the second season of BSG and I can feel the sweet anticipation building. July 15th is the day and 10:00 PM is the time.

As to having any BSG news for you, I have none. I also have no speculations as to what the new season will bring. More naked Boomer would be very nice. Personally I avoid spoilers and fan speculation of any kind especially on the Internet, with which I have a love/hate relationship (maybe someday I will explain that, but not now). With the amazing Internet avoiding spoilers is not easy to do. Simply put, I like to have the story unfold before me and I like to be surprised. I like exciting plot twists and unexpected turns and knowing about them before hand just kills it for me. AFTER I have seen each episode is when I will get into all of the details and analysis and not before. That said there are a few things I would like to see in this upcoming season. Here's a brief list and if you know the answer to any of these KEEP IT TO YOURSELF... PLEASE! Are there human survivors and a resistance movement on the Colonial Homeworlds? Will the ragtag fugitive fleet find the Battlestar Pegasus? Will we learn more about the religion of the Cylons (they are monotheists, opposed to the Colonials who are polytheists) and who is their god and do they have a Christ-like figure? With all the stuff going down with the two Boomers (one on Galactica and the one on Caprica) what will become of her character and will we see her get naked a few more times? Hey, I am a simple man with simple needs.
