Photo Friday is back from a week off with a brand new Challenge - their last for 2004! As they did last year, they're wrapping things up with an open call for 'Best of 2004'.
From their site, "Tell the world which photo is your very best from 2004. It can be one already published on your site, and it's perfectly alright if it's one you've already submitted to Photo Friday in a previous Challenge. Dig through those archives and choose that one photo you're most proud of! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I choose the Girl with the Blue Green Hair for many reasons. It's one of those totally random and chance encounters that just came out right. It's a people photo and a candid portrait of a complete stranger. The photo generated quite a lot of interest from visitors to my site, as well as many people I showed it to personally. I made the photo at a free They Might Be Giants concert where Jenne and I had a great time, so this photo also makes me think of the concert and the fun we had.

I am glad she reminds you of the concert and the fun you had.
One of my favoriets to Will1 I love the look in her eyes! You can write a book on that look! Happy B-day. I just had one too!
