Who's Flying That Plane?

GWBushWWI_Pilot.jpg
Who's flying that World War I Caproni Ca.36 Bomber? Looks like Gee Dubya to me. The National Museum of the United States Air Force actually has a mannequin that - to Jenne and I anyway - looks exactly like President Bush! Seeing this Dubya look-a-like dummy sitting there surprised me. Funny how none of the other mannequins at the museum did.

I shot this 'portrait' (can you shot a portrait of a mannequin or is it a still life or both?) at the museum last Thursday. I sepia toned it and framed it so it would look like a Carte de Visite. Wow this entry was just chock full of learn'in goodness.

Wasn't it Dubya who conquered the Nazis and made the world safe for democracy? ; )

Not that like: the mannequin's performing a useful function. (Sorry. I'd have said the same if it'd looked like Blair.)

Daring. I would be afraid to use the word 'shot' and 'Dubya' in the same entry for fear the Department of Homophobialand Security would hunt me down and trample my non-existent rights as an American citizen.
