The Girl with the Blue-Green Hair
I took this candid portrait at the They Might Be Giants concert that Jenne and I attended a couple of weeks ago. The color of this girl's her hair and eyes just grabbed my attention. At first she didn't see me pointing my camera at her and just as I was pressing the shutter she looked at me a little askew. I think it made for a much better candid portrait this way. She also makes quite the personal statement and fashion statement with beautiful hair. The girl with the blue-green hair is my submission for PhotoTime Tuesday's challenge of Askew on 06.08.04, and for Photo Friday's Fashion challenge of 06.18.04.

Great photo. I love the photoshopping, but I'd like to see the original. I bet she stands out in the crowd even when everyone else is in color, too.
Also very glad that your perception of what's askew in this photo is the look she gave you, and not her hair color. But I know you better than to expect that sort of conformism from you.
