It's 6:30 AM and I am awake because I have to be at Antietam National Battlefield by 9:00 AM and it's over an hour drive. I will be at the battlefield today for a volunteer training program, a special battlefield hike, and to assist with an educational program in the afternoon. This is the perfect day to be outside too. Sunny skies and temps in the mid sixties! I took a much needed day off from the SLJ. I'll be back this evening and I'll post a Photo Friday submission and write about my day then.
