Emerald Circles
Click on image for a larger view.
The above image was made using the green glass cups from a wrought iron candle holder. I used the holder to elevate some cups above the others. The other cups are on a black back drop that I laid out on the floor. This way I could slide some of the cups around to form overlapping circles when shot from above. This is my submission for this week's PhotoTime Tuesday challenge. I wanted to go out and shoot a photo and I had just the right one in mind, but my sudden knee injury has limited my mobility, so I made this image this afternoon in the house. It helped break the boredom of lying on the couch with my sprained knee elevated and packed in ice. My other photo idea will have to be done another day.
Will! That's fantastic! I love it! Ahh

Especially how the greens and red show on the glass. Nice job there. :)
Great shot!!!
Posted by: Masha on October 8, 2003 03:26 AMWow! ...very artistically done. It's beautiful, Will. ;-) Hoping that leg gets better fast. You must be chomping at the bit to get back out there shooting. ;-)
Posted by: sherle on October 8, 2003 08:36 AMAs always you come through with a great shot. Even with a bum knee.
Sorry you are couch bound. I know how it feels. I was where you are not too long ago. I hope you feel better.
