Summer Fun with Our Nieces and Nephew

Danielle and Kevin have some wet fun in our yard on a hot summer afternoon.

Saturday was a full day with my brother (the good one, not the evil one), sister-in-law and nieces and nephew. Jenne made a super lunch including her Pennsylvania Bar-B-Q. We spent part of the afternoon on the water in pedal boats at Centennial Lake and followed that up with ice-cream from Soft Stuff, a favorite local place for cool summertime treats. Back at our house we borrowed our neighbor's kiddy pool and had some wet fun and then dried off with a walk around the neighborhood. A good time was had by all and I am still exhausted from spending Saturday with the kids. I need a nap.
