No big entries today even though I do have stuff I'd like to write about and photos I want to post. My ACM (Arnold Chiari Malformation - sounds like something that would aflict golfers) has been acting up today and in a big baddass way. I think it was brought on by too much sneezing this morning caused by alergies or dust in the warehouse, or both. Big deep head jerking sneezes that my co-workers at the end of the hall could hear. That and a touch too much caffine in coffee form. I don't usually drink coffee, but this morning was an exception. Caffine is generally not a good thing for ACM sufferers. As a result of the above pain is at level seven with on & off nausea. Not fun. Tomorrow I'll schedule a massage. That's always helped in the past. Well I was in a nausea free moment so I thought I'd write and say hi. Now I'm going to say by and head off to bed.
Well sweetie the color of the day is Pale Blue. Yes indeedy. Saw it just a little while ago and it brightened my day. I hope I brighten yours and I hope you're feeling better. BTW I have a great cure for a headache ;-0
