Rub A Dub Dub

It’s now official. I have been completely pain free for one solid week since my massage! It’s hard to express how good this feels. I could just bounce off the walls, but that might bring the pain back, so note to self, no wall bouncing. I can once again move my neck with total ease. I haven’t had a headache, vertigo or a single shoulder spasm. I still get whistling in the ears though. I need to get that checked out as something possibly unrelated to the ACM. But WOW! No pain. I read a fair amount that said massage was not recommended for ACM suffers and it could cause a worsening of symptoms, but not in my case. It’s apparent to me that I really needed my shoulders and lower neck worked on. Having the rest of me worked on was really nice too. Grrrr baby. Getting those neck and shoulder muscles loosened up really helped to decompress the area and relieve the pressure on the cerebellum and the cerebral tonsils. I’m glad that Jenne, Michael, Dr. Weingart and others encouraged me to pursue more alternative treatment options. Now massage won’t fix the ACM, only surgery will do that and I already opted out of that for now. However massage does effectively relieve the pain and it does it without flooding my body with pain killing drugs. I was really concerned about the long-term effects of constantly using painkillers that, in all reality had stopped killing the pain. I like getting a massage much better and the pain relief lasts so much longer. I’m thinking a massage a month at least. Rub a dub dub me baby, YEAH! Oh behave.

The whistling or ringing in the ears could be tinnitus. Go here (or is that hear) for more: http://www.ata.org/

Geren has a point. However, it could be a massive sperm build up in your body that needs to be extracted. I am sure you have remedies to deal with this issue. Jade Shiatsu next to 7-11 would be a viable back-up plan.
