They moved him to a private room this afternoon. He's stable and recovering. Lots of fluid build up. Many tests being conducted. He's exhausted. He definately has sleep apnea. He stopped breathing last night for at least 42 seconds. Hospital stay expected to be two more days and he will probably come home on oxygen. I spoke with him at three this afternoon. We had a good chat and he is happy to hear that so many people are praying for him. I'll have additional information and the results of several tests tomorrow afternoon.
Hope you get well soon. My son is 16 & just had Syrinx, Halo traction, ACM, Decompression,& rib harvest, scoliosis surgery on Nov. 18, 2002 & nov. 25, 02 done at Children's Hosp. in Little Rock. His healing is going well, so far. May God Bless you. Donna
